where [filename] is the name of archive file, and [directory] is where the extracted files will go.
ISO = using burning program you can burn that ISO image to an optical disc such as CD or DVD.

'The entire OS family, including Server builds and Internet of Things (IoT) version, were removed from Windows Update and other servers. The Media Creation Tool was pulled too.' Source. It will probably include LTSC iso's too. Best advice would be wait for the updated iso's if possible.
